The Danner Pondmaster 1200 pump is a highly reliable, economical pump rated at 250 -600 gallons per hour. This is sufficient for most pond applications, depending on your waterfall requirements.

Remember, your pond pump is the heart of your pond... and like a heart, it circulates life-giving oxygen throughout your pond system. Without a good pump, your valuable fish and other pond creatures would quickly die from lack of oxygen.

Don't be frightened by all the technical jargon around pond pumps. You only need two pieces of information to select the right garden fish pond waterfall pump ... and they are:

The vertical height of your waterfall inlet, as measured from the water surface of your pond (NOT bottom of pond) ... as measured in feet

The width of the water overflow point of your waterfall ... if your overflow is a series of smaller overflows, just add them all together to get width in inches

	Example ... you have a waterfall 3 feet above pond surface and overflow is 9 inches wide. You need a pump that will deliver 1200 gph at a height of 3 feet.
